In order to maintain the personal security and privacy of each participant, Future Mobility Challenge commits to:

A named partner / supporter (see the list of supporting organizations on our website) has requested specific information about you or your participation. This can exclusively include:

Anonymized reports showing general participation trends

Information required to provide swag, gifts, prizes or payments (after requesting your permission)

Information required to facilitate opportunities like job interviews, funding / grant requests, meetings, visits or private demos (after requesting your permission)

SPECIAL CASES
There may be some circumstances where your information is shared in order to maintain the integrity and security of our community. These may include:

Requests from law enforcement or government agencies (with appropriate legal documentation to facilitate the request)

To ensure the integrity of similar events hosted by our named partners / supporters or by MLH
